ELEN General Assembly and Forum

The ELEN General Assembly 2019 will be hosted this year by Kevre Breizh in Roazhon/ Rennes, Brittany, for Friday 25th and Saturday 26th October.
The General Assembly will be held on Saturday 26th October and the European Forum on Linguistic Rights will be held on Friday 25th October.

The Forum will be a high-level event, speakers include the UN Special Rapporteur for Minorities, Fernand de Varennes, a speaker from Council of Europe ECRML, Breton politicians and MEPs, Paul Bilbao from Kontseilua, and Steph Stoll from the Diwan Breton immersion schools.
